These terms apply to viewing and using this website, operated by Oriental Consultants Global Co., Ltd. ("the Company"). Use of the TerraWatch service itself is governed by a separate service agreement.

2. Intellectual property

The text, figures, design and other content on this site belong to the Company or their rightful owners. Figures based on satellite analysis products from third-party organisations are published under each provider's licence terms, including attribution.

3. Information on this site

Loss estimates and affected-population figures published on this site are estimates derived from satellite-mapped extents and open data. Their accuracy and completeness are not guaranteed. For actual disaster response, compensation and administrative decisions, please rely on field surveys and official statistics.

4. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the Company accepts no liability for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site. Content may be changed or removed without notice.

5. Prohibited conduct

Interfering with the operation of this site, unauthorised access, and infringing the rights of the Company or third parties are prohibited.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute concerning this site.
